In 2009, I was introduced to Becoming Your Own Banker, The Infinite Banking Concept®.
Have you ever been frustrated that you are not making progress financially, even though you would not spend more than you make? Do you wonder how others are getting ahead? I was, and my life in 2020 during a COVID-19 pandemic lockdown was a life of debt, stressing about money, handing control of my money over to someone else who thought they could do better with it than I could.
In my search for how to change my situation, I came across a video on the process of Becoming Your Own Banker, The Infinite Banking Concept. It immediately grabbed my attention, as this was the missing piece that I had been looking for to change my financial circumstances. Then I went on and read one of the most powerful books I have ever discovered, “Becoming Your Own Banker”. The message of this 92-page book has completely made sense and clicked in me on why we were not getting ahead – we were not in control of the banking function in our life!
As I learned more, it was like a fog had been lifted and there was an entire world of financial control and piece of mind available to every Canadian who embraces these principles.
Fast forward a year later, life for my Family and I after implementing the process has been transformational. My wife Natalia and I took over family financing, debt payments, we control the cash flow and access to capital for our needs. We’ve saved hundreds of dollars in interest; we are well on our way to living debt free and we do not rely on a commercial bank for anything other than the convenience of debit. All the money we were sending away from our family is now flowing back to our family.
