Kyle Duelund
Kyle Duelund, alumni of McGill and Concordia University, holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and another in Education as well as a Master’s in the Teaching of Mathematics. While still enrolled in full-time university studies, Kyle became financially free – that is at the age of 27 by investing in cash flowing US real estate. Kyle’s ability to understand, implement, and create systems translates directly to his effectiveness in real estate investing and teaching it to others. Kyle strongly believes in learning from mentors – people who have ‘’been there and done that’’; learning from OPM (Other People’s Mistakes).
Janie Grenier
Janie Grenier, President and CEO of JK Real Estate Partners, Wemindji Properties, Inc., We Mind Properties and Synergie Capital, represents the 4th generation of independent multi-million-dollar companies for her family.
At the age of 19, Janie began investing in real estate and by the age of 30, owned well over 100 units of income producing assets.
She is now a full-time real estate investor.
