I love my job because I like helping others troubleshoot and fix issues. I enjoy making other people’s work easier through technology and my skills.

I create a very positive impact on others because I am always available to support them and help resolve their technical issues. I enjoy being someone people can rely on when they face problems and need assistance.
2 favourite things about your life journey so far?
My favorite part of my life journey so far is how much I have grown through challenges and new experiences. Every step helped me become more confident, independent, and better at helping others.
What type of clients do you enjoy working with?
I enjoy working with both technical and non-technical clients, but I especially enjoy helping non-technical users. I like explaining technical issues using simple, real-life examples so they feel comfortable, understood, and valued throughout the support process.
